I witnessed and photographed this tender hug of friendship on the dowtown mall. It was taken years before our recent pandemic, but became a piece I really needed to do during this time of distancing. The lines on the shirt are couched yarns and stitching and there are background pieceing squares that bring both texture and a connection between digital photograph and quilting.
This artwork comes with a sleeve and hanging rod to attach to the wall, and shipping is included.
